Raw Sounds is our award-winning mental health and wellbeing programme. Since 2012, Raw Material has partnered with the NHS South London and Maudsley Trust to offer participants a variety of avenues for creative expression.

A fluid jam session, focused on exploring music in the moment. These sessions focus on creating improvised sounds and explorative ideas, rather than a more traditional band practice.
