Help Residents Save Money, connect to their community and support their Mental Health! Free event on 29th March!
Upper Norwood Library Hub and ClearCommunityWeb present an afternoon of local groups and projects focusing on health, wellbeing and the Cost of Living. Free snacks and hot drinks provided for all attendees.

Local residents can find out what’s going on locally and come and meet a variety of community organisations and initiatives local to Crystal Palace.
Our focus is not just on practical financial action but finding other local projects to support with mental health, fitness, becoming a member of the local community or volunteering to increase personal wellbeing.
We are also looking for volunteers to help on the day from 10am - 4pm to set up, steward and pack down. There will be free snacks and hot drinks! We have attached our media.

We will be joined by the Lambeth Wellbeing Bus which has a wealth of information for health and wellbeing support. We will also be celebrating the range of projects recently supported by the Norwood Forums and the Gipsy Hill Health & Wellbeing Fund.
Plus, we have free taster sessions from some of our projects:
13:00 - Its a Playground, Breaking the Worry chain (20 mins)
13:30 - Laughter Yoga Taster Session (20 mins) with Zen Laughter
14.00 - The Hive Community Choir will perform, illustrating the health benefits of singing!
