How to Request a Device
Step 1: Register Your Organisation
Complete the registration form to join our service.
We accept referrals from organisations supporting residents in Lambeth or Southwark, including charities, schools, NHS services and councils. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to respond.
Step 2: Complete a Referral
Once registered, you will be invited to complete a referral form on behalf of your service user. This gives us the information we need to prepare the device.
You can request one device per client and put up to 3 requests in at a time.
Step 3: Device Preparation and Delivery
It usually takes 4–6 weeks from completing the referral form for the service user to receive their device.
We will contact you by email to arrange delivery or collection.
Step 4: Membership & Costs
Your organisation’s first 10 referrals are free. After this, referrals are charged under our membership model.
