Tom Asher
Trustee
Tom is an experienced operations leader and advisor. He’s held senior people and operations roles at national and international mission-driven organisations and charities, including Anne Frank Trust UK, International Institute for Conservation, The Money Charity and The Spires Centre. He is a trained opera singer and still sings professionally when he can. Tom brings a decade of trustee experience, including serving on the boards of two Harris Academy schools and The Purcell Singers. In a professional capacity, Tom advises organisations on governance and board effectiveness. Tom has seen first hand how a lack of access to technology, as well as the skills to harness its power, disadvantages individuals and creates social division. He is passionate about addressing this divide and supporting the CTA team to help end digital isolation.
