• A brief summary of why you're interested in CTA (up to 200 words)

• A summary of what you hope you'll be able to add to our Board of Trustees in terms of your knowledge and experience, taking into consideration the criteria listed in our recruitment pack (up to 300 words)

• A completed Equalities Form
