If you are an organisation, you can make a request for devices for someone you are supporting using our form below.

How to request a device for your client

Fill in a request form (below) to tell us about your client's request

We will then be in touch to find out more about your requirements

We will then match a device to your client, based on their needs

After delivery of the device we will follow up with any further support and ask for feedback

If you or your organisation has made a request previously, please type the first 3 letters and then select your organisation from the list.

If you are referring from a larger umbrella organisation such as a council or NHS trust, please use this name when making your request, and not individual project or team names.
